A Letter From a Hospice Nurse in Florida
RE: Mind, Body, and Soul; A Guide to Living with Cancer
Dear Nancy,
Hi! I finished the book last week, but just didn't get to sit down &
write to you. The entire book is Wonderful!! My absolute
favorite chapter is To the Mountain of Visions. I loved reading
your personal account of your healing, as a sign of your Mother's happiness
in Heaven (also when you resuscitated your Dad, Amazing) I know that
you are a beautiful soul, touched by God. The account of Greg
& Grace were so beautiful and moving, and will be such a comfort
to those facing their deaths. I believe that the pure and perfect
Love of God for His children and the Hope of Heaven are the most precious
gifts we bring to the bedside. You have done such a wonderful
job of sharing that love in a way that should be able to be received
by many people. You have written a wonderful book and you should
be really proud of yourself. Your heart must be truly warmed to
know how many people you will be touching with all that you have written
and shared of yourself to assist them on their journey. The title you
chose for the book is perfect, a perfect integration of all three, Body,
Mind and Soul. AND, I love the poem, it's a masterpiece!
Bravo!! I know I hear The God of Heaven applauding.
Blessings,
Pam Torgersen, RN
